Skew Client - Terms of Service
By downloading, installing or using Skew Client, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
Skew Client is licensed to individuals and is non-transferable. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or otherwise misuse your license with anyone else.
To verify your license, Skew Client needs to collect the HWID (hardware identifier) of the device you are using. HWID is used solely for license verification and for no other purpose.
You are responsible for how you use Skew Client. Skew Client must not be used to violate the law or any third-party terms of service, including but not limited to Minecraft servers. Using the product on servers that prohibit mods is entirely your responsibility.
Because the product is a digital license granted immediately, Skew Client does not offer refunds unless there is a serious, unfixable product defect.
Skew Client contains no malware. Any data collected is used solely for license verification as stated in section 3. Cracking, modifying or reverse-engineering the product is strictly prohibited and the license will be revoked immediately upon detection.
Skew Client may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the latest version of the terms.
